CV and Projects
My CV contains a list of the many courses that I have taught, including Introduction to Philosophy, Aesthetics, Early Modern Philosophy, Ethics (including Environmental Ethics), Political Philosophy, and Philosophy of Religion. I have also taught numerous classes in contemporary continental thought, including Existentialism, The Frankfurt School, and a survey course covering the Frankfurt School, Foucault, and Derrida. Furthermore, I've also taught a class on Heidegger's Being and Time on two occasions, a course on 18th and 19th century German aesthetics, and a seminar on Schopenhauer and Nietzsche. Yolanda Estes and I are currently working on a book of translations and commentary relating to the atheism controversy of 1798-1800. A few details of this project (and any other that I happen to be working on or contemplating) can be found here. This page last modified on January 24, 2006. |
